Return Eligibility:
- Returns Within 30 Days of Purchase
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).- Items may be opened but must be in good, resellable condition, including all original components (such as connectors, cables, and accessories).
- Orders exceeding $1,000 may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- Returns Between 31–90 Days of Purchase
Only unopened products may be returned during this period.- A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Returns After 90 Days
Products cannot be returned for a refund beyond 90 days from the original purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-built products
- Items past 90 days from purchase
Product Warranty:
All of our devices are fully supported and include a 1-year warranty.
First 6 Months:
If a product is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement unit free of charge.
After 6 Months:
Defective products are eligible for free repair service under our standard warranty coverage.

To initiate a return, please contact our Sales Department to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping the product back to us.
